MAY 16
Well hello!
What a birthday! Thank you SO much for all the congrats on Facebook!
And I got some outside the virtual world as well!
The day started off with a huge surprise. My lovely wife lured me up on stage for something urgent, where I was met by Krista and her dancers who sang happy birtdhay for me, and then of course, captured by a stormwind. After all, it’s Eurovision!
Even my mom and dad surprised me on stage. Quite shocking morning, to say the least!
And our dear production photographer Louise Stickland gave me this awesome bunch of flowers – and took plenty of pics!
Great front page: Schlager Special, and oh yeah, the city is out of money now…It was NOT me!
The day continued with Lee Baldock from Lighting and Sound International magazine doing an interview with me, and my cow. They are here covering the schlager fest. Welcome to Sweden buddy!
Oh yeah! Then it was time for broadcast! Busy birthday to say the least!
Denmark is still on top of the betting lists, but my favorite is Norway. This speaks to me…………. 🙂
The broadcast went flawless, and we are now ready for the Grand Final!
For those that don’t watch the show at the arena, there is Eurovillage downtown, and the rest of downtown Malmö. The city has done an AMAZING job, it really feels like the party is EVERYWHERE!
And you never know when you’ll run into a Viking!
Polar bear season is over though! It’s TOO HOT!
This is the running order of the show!
